Uncoated (bright-polished) ball nose end mills with 2 flutes are specifically optimised for high-speed 3D contouring in aluminium alloys, copper, graphite, and soft non-ferrous materials. The mirror-polished flute surface prevents built-up edge (BUE) that can degrade surface finish in soft metals. Large chip gullets ensure complete swarf evacuation even at spindle speeds above 20,000 RPM. Ideal for electrode machining (EDM graphite) and aluminium aerospace structural components.
