Blind and through holes need different chip-clearance considerations. We review flute geometry against the material, bore and reaming allowance.

03Tolerance & surface finish

A finished-hole tolerance such as H7 is not a reamer cutting-diameter tolerance. We agree the tool dimensions and inspection criteria during drawing review.
