11mm 2-Flute Uncoated Solid Carbide Square End Millfor Aluminium & Non-Ferrous Machining
Uncoated (bright polished) solid carbide with mirror-finish flutes specifically engineered for aluminium and non-ferrous alloys. The absence of coating eliminates the micro-adhesion that causes built-up edge (BUE) on soft metals — cutting is cleaner, chips evacuate freely, and surface finish is superior. The 2-flute geometry provides large chip gullets for maximum swarf clearance at high spindle speeds (up to 30,000 RPM in aluminium). Use with air blast or light oil mist.
