Machining Tip: At ø4.00mm, use compressed air rather than flood coolant to prevent re-cutting of fine chips. Feed rate 0.04–0.08 mm/rev; spindle speed up to 8,000 RPM depending on material.
Coolant Advice: Compressed air or light oil mist recommended. External flood coolant acceptable at lower feed rates.
