Machining Tip: At ø11.00mm, chip volume is significant. Peck depth should not exceed 1.5×D for 5D+ holes without internal coolant. Increase coolant pressure to ≥ 20 bar for improved chip flush.
Coolant Advice: High-pressure external coolant (≥ 20 bar) strongly recommended. Regular peck cycles mandatory at 5D+.
