Machining Tip: ø3mm corner radius end mills need ≤ 0.003mm spindle runout. In HRC55 steel, use 0.01–0.04 mm/tooth chip load; the corner radius geometry reduces tool tip stress allowing slightly higher chip load than equivalent sharp-corner tools.
