3mm 4-Flute R0.3mm Uncoated Solid Carbide Corner Radius End Millfor Aluminium & Non-Ferrous Fillet Milling

Uncoated (bright-polished) corner radius end mills are optimised for aluminium alloys, copper, brass, and graphite — any material where coatings cause adhesion. The corner radius produces clean fillet radii in pockets and profiles without a separate deburring step. Polished flute surfaces prevent built-up edge (BUE) that would otherwise ridge the fillet radius in soft metals. 4 flutes maximise feed rate and achieve Ra < 0.8µm in aluminium at high spindle speeds. Radius options from R0.2–R2.5mm cover all standard fillet requirements.
