RFQ Checklist for a Custom End Mill
- Diameter, LOC, OAL, and shank diameter; any neck relief dimensions.
- Tool type: square, corner radius, ball nose, tapered, or profile.
- Material + hardness and whether the cut is roughing or finishing.
- Tolerance targets and surface finish requirements.
- Coolant strategy and spindle runout expectations.
